Niketana meaning “Abode” or “Mansion” in Sanskrit is a heritage home, more than half a century old, which is quietly tucked away in one of the most sought after residential locations in the heart of Chennai.     House Rules

    1) Check in at 14.00 hrs (02.00pm) & Check out by 12.00 (noon)

    2) The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age to be able to check into the property.

    3) Stay of 1 child up to 8 years of age is complimentary without the use of an extra mattress. 

    4) Government regulations mandate that guests must present valid photo identification at the time of check-in.
    Acceptable photo identification formats are:
    Aadhar Card, Driving License,
    Voter ID Card, Passport.

    5) Unmarried couples are not permitted at the property.

    6) Right of admission Reserved with the Management of Niketana.
